6 burnt to death in house fire
A house fire in Diyarbakır province left 6 people, 2 of whom kids, dead…
The horrific fire occurred in Ilgın village of Diyarbakır’s Eğil town in southeastern Turket at about 5.15am local time on Tuesday morning. The family was sleeping when their house burnt into flames cause by a stove. The first intervention to the fire came from neighbours, but it could not save the whole family from death, as Mehmet Hanifi Yılmaz (father), Sabiha Yılmaz (mother), and 2 of their children of 6 and 16 age-old, along with a sixth person were burnt to death during the fire.
Some of the victims were initially take to Dicle University’s Medical Faculty Hospital, but their lives could not be spared.
