Public prosecutor armed attacked in Ağrı
Hakan Kılıç, public prosecutor of Ağrı province’s Doğubeyatız town, was attacked in the broad daylight, and was seriously injured with three bullets while on his way home from shopping…
The attack came on İsmail Beşikçi Street of Ağrı’s Doğubeyazıt town in eastern Turkey on Sunday. The Prosecutor Kılıç, married and father of 1, was sprayed bullets on while he was returning from shopping. He was injured after receiving three bullets, and was taken to Doğubeyazıt Public Hospital. His situation is reported to be critical, and he is kept in the intensive care unit of the hospital.
Kılıç was appointed to his workplace about a year ago.
The attack is predicted to have been carried out by a sole person, under the light of statements of witnesses. MOBESE (CCTV) cameras in the area are being examined to catch the attacker(s).
